Orders are processed the following business days Monday through Friday.
All orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
We ship orders from our studio in Paris, France.
On orders equal or over 200€ (including VAT) to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and UK.

Australia, Brazil, Chile, New Zealand, Japan 35€ 4-8 days
Please note that custom fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
The shipping cost will be indicated when placing the order according to the country of destination.
Please note that MDLO cannot be held responsible for any delay in orders due to delay in customs clearance or payment transactions.
The availability of products is not always guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Returns & Refunds
Returns extended to 1 month from December 1st 2020 to January 10th 2021
The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:
- Tell us what you are returning. Email us at email@example.com and tell us which items do you want to return.
- Make sure you are under 15 days from the reception of your order. After this 15-day period, we cannot guarantee a refund.
- Pack the items. Use the original packaging provided to wrap the item(s) you are returning.
- Use your own forwarder. Send us the package to MDLO 33 rue Galliéni 92100 Boulogne France
- If you want us to use our forwarder, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. It is the same price as shipping fees.
- Complete the pick-up. Once checked, please make sure you seal the package securely.
Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment and does not include shipping costs.
Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.
In the event that Mariadelaorden has mistakenly sent an item different to the item requested or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a return and/or exchange. In such cases Mariadelaorden shall bear the costs of both shipping and return.
For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping should this be necessary.
Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
