How do I return my purchase?
You have 15 days from the date of delivery of your order to return your purchase.
The items must be in perfect condition with all tags attached.
Once we have received your parcel, processing the return may take up to 5 days. When the return is processed, your refund will appear within 2 to 5 working days.
You will receive an email confirming both the reception and the refund of your parcel.

You will receive a return label with the instructions to return your package once you have fill the form and created your account.
With all these information we will be able to send you a prepaid label for your return.
Please make sure to return items from different orders in separate parcels with the appropriate return label.
Price of the prepaid return label:
Countries from the EU: around 10 €
Countries from Us and UK: 25 €
Other countries: The cost of the return label is the same as the cost of shipping. This amount will be automatically deducted from your return.

Note that purchases in store can only be exchanged or returned in our stores only.
How do I make an exchange?
To exchange sizes or other products, please return your order here, and make a new purchase online or exchange directly in our stores in Paris and Madrid. When your new order is confirmed we will refund the shipping fees.
