Collections

When do you launch new collections ?

We launch two collections per year, summer starting in March and winter starting in
September. We then launch capsules every two weeks revealing the new items of the
season.

What is the ‚ÄúFriday rendez-vous‚ÄĚ ?

All our collections are released in small quantities and are exclusive to our customers from
Fridays at 10am! We call them "Friday rendez-vous", which has become the weekly event
where at 10am new pieces are added to the current collection.

What should I do if I am not sure about my size ?

If you are not sure about your size, advice on sizes and measurements are provided in each
product page! Feel free to contact us for personalized assistance regarding sizing and body shape.

Do you have sales ?

Our prices are defined as fairly as possible to offer you the best prices right away, so we
don't have sales. However you can benefit from advantages throughout the year by joining

What are the benefits of subscribing to our newsletter ?

The newsletter informs you about the latest fashion highlights, exclusive promotions,
contests, style tips and trends!
We always want to share our passion with you, and through this subscription, you have the opportunity to gain access to the collection not on Friday at 10 am, but on Thursday at 6 pm, ensuring you're the first to see our exclusives!

My orders

Has my order been processed ?

To find out if your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email
containing a link that allows you to track the status of your package online!

There is an error regarding my order, what should I do ?

If there is an error regarding your order (wrong adresse, sizing or item..), please contact us
at info@mariadelaorden.com or by WhatsApp. We will do our best to answer you as soon as
possible!

Please note that the warehouse may have already processed your order and in this case no modification will be possible.

How can I track the status of my order ?

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your package number
while your order is being prepared.
You will then receive another email with your tracking number to follow the progress of the
shipping once the package is sent! This may take a few days depending on your location !

Payments

Which payment methods are allowed ?

You can pay by credit card: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or American Express. You can also
make an express payment via PayPal or Apple Pay.


-> Note that payments with American Express are possible at our Boutiques.

Is it possible to pay in installments ?

Yes, you can now pay in two installments with ALMA! In France, Spain, Portugal, Germany,
Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland.

Delivery

What is the delay for deliveries ?

The delay depends on the country in which you live. Please consult this link to find out the

Please note that orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

How much does the shipping cost ?

The shipping cost depends on your geographical area. To learn more about this, please visit

We offer free shipping for orders over 250‚ā¨ (including VAT) in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands,
Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, USA.
Otherwise shipping costs will be indicated at checkout depending on the destination.

Do I have to pay extra fees for my deliveries ?

Customers residing outside European Union might have to pay an additional customs fee
depending on the country legislation (it can be up to 35% of the total orde). Please note that
customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the
customer.
Please note that MDLO cannot be held responsible for any delays of orders due to delays in
customs clearance or payment transactions.
For the countries concerned, once your order has been placed, you will receive a payment
link from your carrier via email !

Returns and Exchanges

What are the steps to return an order ?

Of course, you can return items that do not meet your expectations.

For returns inside the EU, please return your items in the following link : https://www.coliback.com/en/etape1-retour-colis?partner=434
You will receive a return label with the instructions to return your package once you have fill the form and created your account.

If your country is not listed on the return plateform, please send directly an email to info@mariadelaorden.com indicating the following information:
-Order number
-Client's address 
-Phone number and email address
-Weight and dimensions of the box

With all these information we will be able to send you a prepaid label for your return.

Please make sure to return items from different orders in separate parcels with the appropriate return label.
The customer can send the package back to us with the assigned return label or code (and the
printed invoice) and sends the package back to us.
To do this, from the "Returns" section on our website, simply indicate which item(s) are
being returned. It would be very helpful to us if you could also indicate the reason(s) for
your return so that we can always improve

Then, it is very simple:
- Place the item(s) concerned in the original packaging
- Attach the return label to the closed package
- Fill out and attach the invoice if needed
- Give the package to the registered transport service

IMPORTANT: If your return is from a country outside the EU, it is mandatory to print the
invoice and attach it to the package.

How long after my purchase can I return an article?

Please note that during the Christmas period, our return deadline is extended until the January 15, 2024.


However, during the rest of year, you have 15 days from the delivery date of your order to return your purchase. Items must be in perfect condition, with all tags attached.

I can't find my return label ?

Once your return is registered via our website, an email is sent to you within minutes giving
you all the necessary information to send the package to our warehouse. We provide you a
label and your commercial invoice. In case of doubt or if you do not receive these
elements by email, please contact us at info@mariadelaorden.com

Can I make an exchange ?

For the moment, you can only make exchanges in our shops in Paris or Madrid.

Via the website you need to return your product first and buy it again in the new color/ size. In that case, you will automatically be refunded for the return once it has arrived at our warehouse.


Can I return multiple orders in one package ?

For the smooth running of the returns, this is not recommended. Indeed, each order
number has its own pre-paid label with a link to follow its arrival in the warehouse. Putting
several orders in the same package does not allow us to track the return correctly as well as
the products inside, which will cause important delays.

Where is my return ?

Once your return is registered, a confirmation email followed by a link will be sent to you by
email!

My package arrived in your warehouse but I have not been refunded ?

From the moment we receive your return, it can take up to 30 days to process.

How much do return labels cost ? How much do returns cost ?

The return labels depend on your geographical area.
The price will appear on the return platform and will depend of the country & the shipping method.

Can I return an online order to your store ?

For our customers in Paris, you can return your order in our shops in Paris and Madrid.

Where to find us ?

We are sold on our eshop, in our stores in Paris and Madrid, and in some retailers such as Le Bon
Marché, Liberty London, Luisa Via Roma...
We organize pop-ups twice a year in surprise destinations. Stay tuned !

What is Tilli ?

Tilli is our alterations partner! It allows you to make an appointment with us in store or
independently via a QR code to have your alterations done at home!
The online version is coming soon!
This service is provided only in France, for now… !
